Our simple stone house, which dates to the end of the 17th century, is in the centre of Civitella Marittima, an historic village located on a hilltop between Siena and Grosseto. 

Our rooms have been restored in typical Tuscan style: ceilings with old beams, terracotta floors and antique furniture. From the little garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Monte Amiata and the hills that slope down towards the Maremma.

Breakfast not available in the guesthouse .

We have 4 rooms, each one with private bathroom, at the following prices :

-double room : € 80,00 per night .

-single room : € 50 ,00 per night .

Turist tax of 1 euro per person per night for overnights from 1° of March to 30th of October to be paid on arrival .
